Your car park is full of data you've never seen.
A wireless puck in each bay reports which bays are taken and for how long, indoors, outdoors and underground. No cameras, no cabling, no construction. Start with the bays that matter. Instrument every bay when it pays.
Bay sensing works. What held it back was everything built around it.
Most parking sites still have no live occupancy data. Traditional systems need cabling, gateways and site works before the first bay reports. NOA Parking Puck removes all of that. It is battery-powered, mounts on the floor of the bay or the ceiling above it, and connects over its own built-in LTE. A site can go live in hours, one bay or an entire facility at a time.

Two ways to sense a car
Magnetometer and radar in every puck, reporting each arrival, each departure and the time in the bay.
Its own connection
LTE is built into every puck. No gateway, no mesh network and no site Wi-Fi to plan around.
Fits the bay you have
Floor or ceiling mounting. Adhesive-mounted on the existing surface. No drilling, no anchors, no construction project.
One team, hardware to software
Hardware, firmware and software are built by the same team at NOA.
Sense the bays that matter, not the whole site at once.
Because every puck works on its own, operators can instrument selected bays instead of committing to a full-site system. That makes bay-level data practical in situations where a traditional installation rarely pays off.
Single-site, operator-controlled facilities
Live occupancy and dwell time without a construction project or a large upfront investment.
Operator and property owner are different entities
No drilling, cabling or structural changes, so there is no building work to agree with the owner before going live.
Multi-tenant parking
Group each tenant's bays into a zone and report usage per zone.
Different bay values within one facility
Start with the premium, reserved or high-turnover bays and leave the rest as they are.
Accessible and other specially regulated bays
See when regulated bays are occupied and for how long, with alerts when use falls outside the rules you set.
Electric-vehicle charging bays
Dwell time per charging bay and overstay alerts, so a blocked charger is caught before it becomes a complaint.
Temporary, pilot or seasonal deployments
Pucks install in minutes, so a pilot, an event or a seasonal peak does not need a permanent installation.
Fire lanes and blocked paths
An alert when a vehicle stops in a zone that has to stay clear.
Sites we are ready for
How operators put it to work
Vehicle presence and guidance
Detects occupancy and shows live bay status.
Reservation protection
Flags vehicles in reserved bays outside their window.
Selective retrofit
Adhesive sensors on selected bays, no cabling required.
Underground coverage
Detection that works in underground structures as well as on the surface.
Charging-bay dwell
Tracks EV dwell time and alerts on overstay.
Global technology campus. Hundreds of field assets. Zero manual checks.
The same global technology campus running NOA's parking deployment also relies on NOA's field-asset monitoring to keep its directional signage online. Before, signs were regularly moved, knocked over or misaligned, and the only way to find them was to drive the lot.
Before
- ×Field team drove the lot regularly to locate missing or misaligned signs
- ×No way to know which assets were down until a driver or employee reported it
- ×Significant crew time spent on reactive checks across a large outdoor area
After
- ✓Every sign reports its location, heading and physical state automatically
- ✓Alerts fire when an asset moves, tips or faces the wrong direction
- ✓Field crew dispatched only when the platform says action is needed

Live occupancy map
Free or occupied, bay by bay.
Dwell time and overstay alerts
How long each vehicle has been in a bay, with overstay alerts set per zone.
Reservation checks
Flags a bay still occupied after a reservation window ends, or after a vehicle unplugs from a charger, before it becomes a complaint.
Zones and monthly analytics
Heatmaps, utilisation and arrivals, per zone and per month.
Sensor health
Battery, temperature and status per puck, with live readings per bay.
Alerts
Low battery, high temperature, sensor obstruction, non-calibrated status and overstay warnings.

How It Works
What problem does NOA Parking Intelligence solve?
Most parking sites, indoors and outdoors, have no live occupancy data. Nobody knows which bays are free until someone walks or drives the lot. NOA closes that gap with one wireless sensor per bay. No wiring, no civil works, and nothing about the site has to change first.
How is Parking Puck different from other occupancy sensors?
It needs no infrastructure around it. Each puck is battery-powered, adhesive-mounted on the existing surface, and connects over its own LTE, so there is no gateway, mesh or cabling to install before a customer sees data. A partial rollout of only the bays that matter is possible from day one. The design is low-profile and two-piece: a bonded base stays in place while the electronics module can be swapped out. It is rated up to 8,000 lb per wheel and combines magnetometer and radar for reliable detection. Some of this is patented.
Does Parking Puck work indoors and underground?
Yes. NOA already has underground deployments. The puck's data payload is small, so it typically works on whatever cellular coverage already serves the site.
Does it need to be wired?
No. Each puck connects independently over LTE. There is no central hub, so nothing else is affected if one device has an issue. Deployments scale from a single sensor to hundreds.
Can it be mounted on the ceiling?
Yes. Parking Puck supports both floor and ceiling mounting, so multi-storey and underground car parks can choose whichever suits the structure.
What happens if a sensor needs to be replaced or serviced?
The electronics module comes out of the bonded base without disturbing the mount, so the bay's detection history carries over instead of starting fresh.
What kinds of sites use Parking Puck?
Corporate campuses, EV charging hubs, gateless car parks, fleet depots and yards, airports, stadiums and event venues, shopping centres, and municipalities: anywhere a parking area runs on manual checks instead of live data. Sites with reservations, multiple tenants, regulated bays or EV charging get extra value from the reservation and dwell-time alerts.
What's the current status?
Parking Puck is available now.
Built by the team behind 10 years of wireless sensor deployments.
NOA has run wireless sensor deployments for enterprise fleets at some of the world's most demanding sites since 2016. The same full-stack platform, with hardware and software built together, now powers Parking Intelligence.
